I think ESIC prefers candidates with commerce or law or management background. If 2 candidates have same marks they prefer the commerce guy over the engineering guy.

Anyone knows mains date ?
ESIC is giving preference to law, management and commerce people. It is mentioned in the notification. They are also giving preference to 3 year experienced candidates. There is also at least + 5 marks normalisation for 1st shift people and - 3 normalisation for 2nd shift people
1:5 hi select kiye hain,lekin notification mein 1:10 likha hain.though i am selected but my friend did not with better attempts.
