Cut off might go up because in my center almost 7 to 8 out of 10 were already employed in bank or insurance be it assistant/clerk or PO. And same was the situation in other states too. For general candidates 1% chance of cut off to be under 60. It will surpass 60 for sure.
What do u guys think level of difficulty in mains is same as sbi/ibps po mains or less than that as the timings in esic mains is less for quant and reasoning??

Ibps po :16 lakh applied (dont know exact figure.. Estimating) So 16 lakh/4252=376 persons per seat Esic :1,59,000(as mentioned in many videos and here as well) So 1.6 lakh/539=297 persons per seat So, esic cutoff should be near ibps po's cutoff.
Agar 15 Dec ko hua mains to fir ek leave leni padegi...sala pre m bhi liya tha...ye esic sunday ko kyon nhi krwata

Padh lo bhaiyon. Poll krwane se kuch nahi hoga. Aadhe se zyada clear karne wale pagalguy pe honge nahi. Baad mein jake Prelims pass ho jayega aur Mains ud jayega. Baki sb smjhdaar hai hi. Shubh Ratri !

Just realised that Phase III is also qualifying in nature and hence most of the weightage for selection is going to depend on Phase II. So guys keep preparing hard for Phase II and don't bother about cutoffs of Phase I bcoz even though 2695 candidates (1:5 ratio) will make it to Phase III, top 1000 performers in Phase II will only stand a real chance for final selection. It roughly means a virtual ratio of 1:2 rather than 1:5.
PS - I know speculations will still go on, just wanted to throw some light on this info
