I didn't received Appointment Letter till now. Currently working in SBI, will they give extension so I can resign and obtain NOC from SBI. It is nearly impossible to get resigned within 1 week Genuine suggestions pls

Lots of formats are in Hindi..I am not conversant with Hindi..so is it possible to get those forms in English??

"Duly filled character & antecedents form in triplicate", whats d meaning of triplicate here? Do we need to attest d same character certificate 6 times? or from one single gazzetted officer or from two gazzeted officers? sm1 plz help.
