Can anyone tell me the validity of the OBC caste certificate?? Mine was issued in 25th January 2018. Is it ok to take it to the PHASE 3 if asked? And also I have IBPS PO interview can I take it to the interview too?? I don't understand that sentence that's saying- "The closing date for receipt of application will be treated as the date of reckoning for OBC status of the candidate and also, for assuming that the candidate does not fall in the creamy layer" in the notification.. Please let me know. Thank you.

Today as I am discussing for NOC with my senior. He asked me that why I am going from govt. Deptt. to a Corporation (ESIC). I can't understand whats' the difference b/w corporation and govt.deptt?
If I get obc certificate this week from authorities. So it will be valid or certificate should be before the last date of applications
Obc certificate ki copy lani hai. But ye obc prescribed format jo diya hai iska kya karna hai? Is par bhi print out nikal kar signature karwakar le jana hai kya?

Guys, there is a circular issued by ESIC on Dec 2017 regarding the OBC Certificate validity..

As per the circular, ESIC follows the procedure prescribed by SSC. Also it is mentioned within 3 yrs before the closing date of the application and also upto 180 days after that date. Can someone confirm it?
No Undertaking for NOC.....if applied for noc after Mains result.
Date of issue of NOC shd be before prelims exam date.
