Guys,an existing sso employee yesterday answered some questions on someone's demand,those answers are freaking me out.According to those answers, sso is not better than a psb job.Can someone guide me, if its really going to be this case,then should I leave a job in psb for esic sso on selection??

most of the ppl who are asking abt 10-5 job r either freshers or born with platinum spoon in their mouth-so never had to worked their a$$ off to get paycheck & pay ur mom's hospital bills & then left penniless at end of the month.. plz get hold of reality..

i dont know about what that person wrote abt esic since neither any of my frnd or relative is working there. But yes around 4-5 mnths ago persons from esic came to our company and put stall kind of thing outside our entrance for 1 week for continous 24*7 day & night so that they can spread information to all shift workers..They were campaigning abt the facilities/benefits etc etc etc esic provides.....also distributed pamplets n all...... though at first i thought they r selling insurance policies...... i came to know that it was a govt org only water sso notification came.
