So,i have just completed my degree in chemical engineering from a very good college but couldn’t manage to get a good c.g.p.a.besides i am not really inclined to work in a core chemical company.My question is that are these tests like elitmus/amca…

So,i have just completed my degree in chemical engineering from a very good college but couldn't manage to get a good c.g.p.a.besides i am not really inclined to work in a core chemical company.My question is that are these tests like elitmus/amcat any good for chemical eng.students as well who want to go for a non core/non i.t.job..basically like a consulting/marketing/data analyst job etc?

Hi Guys, I have completed my BBA in 2014, after that i started working in BPOs , now i have left that job. I am done with BPOs . I want to get into HR field but i dont have any experience in that field . Can anyone tell me from where to start ? Should i consider giving exams like amcat or elitmus ? Please suggest
