I wish to know about the efficiency of RTI act which gives us a constitutional right to have a check on governance. Although many of the citizens are using it to reduce corruption but still a lot of people hesistate to file RTI applicatio despite its application fee being at 10 ₹. Now, we have an option of filing it for free on www.onlinerti.com , but still people hesistate to file RTI. Is there any reason that stops them from filing the application?
