IMS conducted a special seminar by a few international BSchools at Grand Hyatt, Mumbai.
The following schools were present:
1. National University of Singapore. (NUS)
2. China Euroe International Business School. (CEIBS).
3. Indian School of Business (ISB)
4. Schulich School of Business (York University -Canada)
5. Lally School of Management (Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute, USA)
6. John Ollin Business School, Univ. of Washington St. Louis
All B-Schools gave their presentations. I dont know how many PGs attended it. But I was there. I did not gather enough knowledge to quench the thirst of all PGs mainly because I was thoroughly disappointed when they told me something I already knew but was unwilling to accept. Almost all of them mentioned about the importance of Work-experience. Me being a freshie tried to find solace at the Lunch table. Unfortunately, being a veggie I suffered and had to satisfy myself with lots of Rice. Any other PG who was present may please give an unbiased account of what happened. I am sure someone might have taken this positively and maybe he will enlighten you.
