Drop out for CAT'13 or get some experience?

i m a b.tech, ECE, final year student from Chitkara Inst, of Engg and technology,Punjab, graduating in may 13.

I got placed in Wipro and Infosys but i want to build up a career in management.

i appeared for Feb CMAT and XAT but since my score was not good, didn get any good colg.
so m preparing for CAT'13. but i am not sure dropping out is a better idea than getting Job experience.
Also, i m quite willing to volunteer for some social development organisation and prepare side by side.
please suggest what wud be the best.
my acadamic details are:

10th (CBSE) - 90.8%
12th (CBSE) - 90.6%
b.tech - 73.5% (till 7th sem)
