Big spams are also takes place in rgipt, there are tendors come and go but black money is only stay here if you did't believe on my words then you can call CBI, Income Tax also here. And no one cares about student future they just call and gave admission to student and in return gift rgipt gave you a degree and a worst future to you(not to everyone but also not less than 90%). There are many joining in campus based on bribe. I think if a raid will happen here then every dark secrets come out from there grave
