Does work prior work experience in IT matters when taking IT as specialization and focusing on better placement ?


I don't have a corporate work experience in IT but I had been a webmaster for the last one year. I had been a web designer too having done local projects.


So do you get better placement when you have a corporate work experience in IT if looking to specialize in IT ?

I have 3.5 yrs expr in IT. What are the kind of jobs/roles I can expect after PGP in IT from new IIMs? would it be right to change the stream now? y or y not?
