1) Panelist at the centre told me I have a very good personality as soon as I greeted the panel
2) They asked about my background, education and marks I fluently answered them
3) Asked 4 questions from Finance as I am an MBA in Finance I answered two correctly while told them humbly that I can not recall the other two
4) They asked me about my parents were happy to know I was the son of a teacher
5) Then at last offered me biscuits and water bottle and the center Panelist told me and I quote, " We would like to help you out in the interview now all depends on your mains marks as they are 80 percent weightage"
Please tell me what should I deduce from this interview, according to you how was it
My marks in mains are 69.50 general category
My points: 1. Why after interview seats will increase ? It is injustice to the people who failed in Mains. Because earlier they could have also cleared the cut off !! 2. Was it so quick ? I mean within 1 month vacancy were updated !!😐 3. Did it ever happen after interview seats increased. My opinion is , it is not possible now to increase vacancy.

I am a general category candidate doing job in pvt sector . I appeared 1st time in ibos po and got 64.5 marks without any coaching. Interview was good. Can they give me good marks in interview as it is difficult to study with job. Is there any chance of getting selected plz guide me....
