I have two doubts. 1) If one scores the exact Cutoff or just above the cutoff, which bank he/she is allotted ? 2) One of my OBC friends scored 79, will she take up one GEN seat ? Please clarify. TIA.

For SC category, 2013 - written cut-off was 50 and final allotment at 32.4. 2015- written cut-off was again 50 but final allotment was at 42. Can anyone explain the reason for different final allotment cut-offs for same written cut-offs in 2013 & 2015 ?
