I am seeing a lot of posts targeting obc's, sc's and st's. I think this targetting based on caste is totally uncalled for. We are indians first. Shaming someone because of their caste is most unfortunate. All obs, sc and st are our brothers. It's my humble request to everyone to not shame someone based on their caste. Besides for your information i would like to tell you that under article 15 of the constitution of india you could be jailed for discriminating against an individual based on their caste.

Dekho bhailog last year 76 was the cutoff and 100 was par score i.e. 1.31 times... So is baar 52.5*1.3=68-69 is par score. So magnitude of 68 this year and 100 last year is same because getting 68-70 this time was as difficult as getting 100 marks last time and the fluctuation in marks is due to the difficulty level of the question. So anyone scoring ~65 has decent chance of selection and ~70 are almost sure if they have not committed any serious blunder in interview.

Actually 2 interviewer mentioned in their talks that the office in which i currently work is good but i have doubt whether they have evr heard my company name earlier as i am into digital marketing and people hardly have knowledge about that...Will that be a positive or negative fr me??
