Banks should not conduct pgdf exams, no one is doing anything to stop this . this will get worse soon if not asked.
While this year there was little effect of PGBDF cources on IBPS PO vacancies as it was 1st year when many banks started this program but since those recruited through it will get into Job next year only I think those banks who recruited through it might not recruit via IBPS as they have planned for it in advance. So syndicate , Indian Bank , BOB , BOM and IDBI also is out of hand. See what else follows next. The more the banks go through Manipal route the less will become the vacancies. Next year vacancies may come down to 6000 or so.
