2015:-
last year mains cut off 76....i.e 30 approx on 80 scale.
max interview marks can be 100/100...i.e 20
therefore........30 +20= 50 approx last year final cutoff(49.9)
2016:-
mains cutoff 52...i.e 21 on 80 scale.
max interview marks can be 100/100...i.e 20
therefore......21+20= 41..........can this be the final cutoff for 2016..?
If we see the last year's scenario...can we predict 41 as this year's cutoff

Sitting in retiring room of rourkela (non AC) ... Amount paid Rs 166... Review: room size is decent, cleanliness is good, linens are poor, furnitures are okies, electrical appliance are in working condition....overall I would say value for money, if u have to stay for few hours as transiting passenger...
