Ibps PO interview. Center-Bank of Maharashtra Staff training center, Pune Date-02-02-2016. Time-1PM Very pathetic center, No proper management, Made us to sit under Roof, Gave only tasteless tea and rotten biscuits, No lunch, No canteen facility. The document verifer was so rude and arrogant (typical Punekar). He asked everyone to fill the two form which he gave us and also told not to sign on it. ( Sign the document in his Prescense). The verification process started on 2 PM after the lunch of staff People. They first told us complete thumb verification and wait in line for document verification. My turn came on 4.30, I was so frustrated and tired. When I reached to the table, There was a girl who had some document issues, After some tine my document verification process started but person was not in good mood. He started showing anger to me. ( He cursed me said you young generation does not have ability in work bank, We have worked there more than 30 years.) As usual, Nowadays every old man criticized young generation, So I just kept huge smile face. It took around 20 minutes for document verification. Afterthat He gave all documents to peon and told me to follow him. After 20 minutes my turn came, I entered in the room with huge smile on face greeted them good evening. They Said please sit. The chief interviewer asked me are you nervous..? I said, Yes Sir little bit. He said, Have u had anything from afternoon..? I said, Only cup of tea. He said Okay R U ready I said yes sir He said, You have two minutes tell me about yourself..? As i have two minutes I just told them education and work experience and current job. Then another question on my current job. Told everything properly. Then madam asked what is white lable ATM...? Told M3 - What is mobile banking...? Told. M4 - Why u want to leave current job Told . F1- At one Side banks asking use digital currency and other side banks setting up more ATM, Why they're doing...? Told infrastructure issue, bad internet connectivity, Later this ATM can be used to POS to do transaction or transfer money. Everyone appreciated my thoughts M1- Do you have idols like steve Jobs..? I told them no sir, I don't believe in idols, i do not like to be someone else, I just want to be myself. They all laughed N said thank you, You can go now. I also thanked them. Afterthat, I went down to complete las thumb verification process. I also thanked to document verifier with huge smile.
