When is rrb office assistant results?
Dena Bank ahmedabad, Yesterday..1 pm slot..i have reached at 12:50..thought i was late..but everybody is waiting outside..the took them inside at 1:30 PM.. There are three panel..around 75 total candidate were there..almost 25 in each..i was in panel 2..first they informed how to arrange documents and all..than biometroc is going on..they took very long time..i was second last in my panel..till..7 pm i have to wait in waiting room..dimag ta tava ban gaya tha..ð..here is my experience.. There are 5 member in panel..4male and 1 female she was in middle..i opened the door asked permission to enter..than wished the lady first than other.. F1 : what is your age..?. Me : answeres.. F1: you have completed your mba in 2015 its been almost 2 years why you havent joined any job..?. Me: i was preparing for goverment job.. F1: but placement nahi mila aapko..?. Me: mila tha mam..mene job bhi ki thi waha 2 mahine..par mera interest pehle se hi banking me tha..to mene preparation ke liye job chod di.. M1: what is difference between marketing and sales.?. Me :explained. M1 :which book you have used in college for marketing.?. Me : phillip kotler.. M2 : graduation me kya kiya he.?.B.com.?.ya.aur kuch.(document suffle karte karte) Me: sir ,BBA M2: than why you have not started preparing for bank job since graduation..?. Me : sir , i thought at that time i should work on my coomunication skiil so, for polishing my communication skiil i have done mba.. M3: Preparation to mba karte karte bhi ho sakti thi..?. Me: sir, at that time i only want to focus on the mba.. M3: suppose you have give housing loan how will you sell it.?.and why he will only come in your bank.?. Me: sir, now a days almost every commercial bank have similar kind of rate, so,what customer makes satisfy is 'Service'..customer need good service..like,how much time taken to approach to customer , how we talked with him..etc.. M3: and suppose he hase came first time in your brance he has no expereinece you serve well than what.?. Me: Sir, first of all i will know the need of customer..in which area he need the house.?.and how much loan amount he requiered M4: what is contigent liability.?. Me: sorry, sir ri8 now i can not recall it.. M4:dp you know about balance sheet..?. Me: yes sir. M4: how much side it has.?. Me:two side sir..liability and asset.. M4:major heading batao jo liability ke andar aate ho balance sheet me. Me: Capital,creditors, yet to pay bills,loans taken ,sorry sir,i can recall that much also.. M4: what is contribution.?. Me: can i take some time to recall it..?. M4: you should know it its came in your graduation subject.. M5: he is asking for some time..take it.. Me: (after taking 10 seconds)sorry sir..can not recall it.. M5: do you know tyapes of NPA..?. Me: sir, there are three type..one is substandard..second one..is.(i forgot the name.but explained somehow without name.) M5: how many types of tax there are.?. Me: (blunder)service tax,.(bolne ja raha tha aur) M5:there are only two types of tax direct and indirect..what comes under it..?. Me: sorry sir ,can not recall it.. M5: what is priority sector.?. Me: its sector for poor(again made blunder)people,agriculture,MSME..bank should give them priority in loan .. M5: you mean to say MSME and all are poor.?. Me: sir i mean economically poor..or weaker section.. M5 : how much bank should land to them.?. Me : 40 percent sir.. M5 : aur agar bank ne utna nahi kiya to.. Me: sorry, sir i dont know about it.. What is rate of service tax..?. Me : can not recall it ri8 now..exact figure.. M5 : okay ..thank you.. Its went around 15 min .. I already had a fever and than waiting for turn in waiting room in AC for 6 hour..was given me more hedach..somehow i have given it.. Please guy give me rough idea about how much i can expect in interview..(marks)..âº
