hey guys plz tell me what to do... i am working since january 2016 in a private firm, before that also i worked for 1.2 year and then left due to accident, but i didn't metioned any of the experience in the application, now what to do should i just mention i worked for this much time or i need to produce so experience letter for last job, and NOC for current job. what to do? please give geniun suggestions.

In today's Hindu newspaper, former CBI director Sir Raghavan has written an article about recent forced retirement extended to some of the bureaucrats.He hails the decision and terms it as a good measure of weeding out inefficient people in the service.For corruption he has directly blamed the officers who indulge into corrupt practises.
What I feel is that actually the bureacrats are not corrupt,they just align themselves according to their political masters in due course of their service.The politicians actually are to be blamed for most of the corruption acts.WHAT YOU PEOPLE HAVE TO SAY ON THIS......??
