frnds.... just want to share my thoughts with all of u.... particulary with those who r from engineering backgrond/working in different field/left their job for banking sector..... first of all agar aap( who belong to above mentioned category) me se koi aisa sochta hai ki bank waale aapko kam preference denge to aise thoughts dimaag se nikaal dijiye.... it is true that they will try to grill u or may even try to exhibit that u have made a wrong choice.... but believe me, the ball is always in ur court..... yeh aap pe depend karta hai ki aap unhe kaise convince karte ho.... aur aisa karne ke liye focus on banking awareness because they will definitely try to check ur banking knowledge.... if u make them believe that u are aware of every ounce of today's banking, then the game is urs.... pichle kuch saalon me kaafi engineers drift hue h iss sector ki taraf... aur unme se boht saare aaj banks me kaam kar rahe hain... infact boht saare aise log aaj banks me kaam kar rahe hain jo commerce bankground se nahi h..... aur agar aapne apni previous job chorhi bhi h to bhi koi baat nahi.... aap convince karo unhe ki aapka banking me hi interest h.... woh cross questions pe cross questions karenge.... woh try karenge ki aap haar maan jao..... but believe me... iske peeche unka sirf ek hi motive hota h... woh yeh dekhna chahte h ki aapka sahi me intersest hai bhi ya aise hi fek rahe ho..... isliye banking awareness pe jyada concentrate karo......
jaan laga do iss baar interview mein.... prove krke dikha do unhe ki tumhe bank me hi kaam karna h..... matlab bank me hi karna h.....!!!!!! :)

1. What should I say if the interiewer asks what have I done for 2 years after graduation ?
