Bhai kya karu...80 se 94 k beech me marks aayenge..interview ki coaching lu ya nahi...vaise interview coaching to bahana hai..pini to roj daru hai...yar kuch samajh nhi aa rha abki baar..kya ratio hai kya cutoff hai...kya pichle saal wala system hai.##too much tension
Lagta hai saare banking related exams keliye yahi 1 thread chal raha hai.. Waise is thread ka naam ab 'IBPS PO (2016-17)' ke jagah 'ALL BANKING EXAMS (2016-17)' karme me koi harz nahi hai...
Guys...How Should I Improve gk section ? As only Mugging is nt helping mee... From the past 2 Mains xam .What should I do 2 score gud at this Section ?
for those who r appearing for interview:: there are three things to focus upon 1:PIQ (personal information questionnaire) 2:current issues 3:static banking awareness it all depends upon the mood of interviewer, in which area he peeps into.Generally probability lies high with 1 and then 2 and then 3.One should prepare all the three sections diligently. For PIQ one should take a notebook and pen and jot down all the questions on own (i will be posting all the questions of PIQ in my next post) ,, for current issues start reading newspaper right from today and focus specially on banking news (eg.Demonetisation , what is it{in simple language}, it's effect, role of banks, gud or bad etc...GST, what is it{in simple language},its role in shaping economy, why is it gud, why all others opposing, pros n cons etc)...and for static portions u all would have prepared from your sources for gk section so revise that. Instead of anticipating and predicting the cutoffs let's focus on cracking the interview. Few enquired about coaching for interview, what i can suggest is, it's not necessary.One can prepare for interview easily if u have a group of 2 to 3 persons.Focus on above 3 portions and read about the previous interviews (do that for sure) and then take interview of each other.Coaching will be charging you around 5k for telling all this shit and providing u with 4 or 5 mock.I don't deny that giving 4 to 5 mocks boosts up confidence and one would be more serious with interview panel rather than friends but it's upto you to decide, i can just assure that it can also be done in group. hi.. Syndicate bank released PO notification in that he mentioned 60% marks for OC & BC.. I have 57% in graduation. If i apply for this exam & get through it, will it be any serious pblm to during interview? Can anyone plz give me the info

PIQ:: A.TELL ME ABOUT URSELF .1.what's meaning of ur name 2.any relevance to dob(coincides with any famous personality, any important day etc) .3.father's mother' name, his qualification, his nature of job (most people don't know about what their parents do, one knows d designation but not aware of what actual work they do), family background, brother sister, their educational professional academic information ..not only designation but also the nature of job/course.... 4. city where u live, it's historical significance, political significance, geographical significance, any famous personality native to it, population, mp, mla, dm, sp, rivers, ......factories, schools, colleges of local, national, international importance....... any new govt.scheme undertaken there, pattern of society, significance of name of city, parks, sanctuaries, places of importance,economy of ur city (what's d main occupation building the economy of ur city, classes of society dwelling in it, major sources of income etc)....banks in your city...etc etc etc....i would post if i remember anything else regarding dis 5. academic qualifications, subjects u opted, years, percentage, if any extra achievement, why switched from one field to another, why marks are low, etc etc etc 6.hobbies::this is quiet an interesting area bcoz what i think..the irony of middle class is that they don't have any hobby, it changes every few days after...ha ha ha.., this is d fact..we only prepare hobby for filling up daf forms, bulging it out infront of interviewer and filling of cv....but anywayz as we r bound to do it i would suggest to go for a simple hobby, prepare an easy hobby and few related questions to it so that one can easily suffice the interviewer's appetite. 7.why bank? an important question and should be presented with convincing logic to assure the interviewer. All the above questions seem so easy but believe me when confronted with interviewer these questions spell out the different answers.The aim of PIQ is to observe that one knows aboypt self, family his surroundings and more often what happens is we aren't aware.I would suggest , take a pen and copy and write down these questions and find out the answers on your own without asking anybody else, take help of the net.Revise these answer to edit them and one important thing BE TRUE TO URSELF bcoz interviewer wants a genuine candidate, that's d only purpose of interview.If u try to bluff him, believe me u will suffer.Try to be genuine, there will be few questions in which 1 will be lacking but there stands the presentation, present it in a way which supports your personality.Do this homework for sure. there are many more points to add, which i will repost as i remember them but we all can contribute to it.Instead of being nastredamas and predicting all bull shits let's discuss these questions one by one and prepare the genuine answers for it, in this way we all can help each other. 8.your positive and negative points 9.ur source of inspiration 10.aim of life etc etc....ALL THE BEST
