Hi, it was the first time I tried for Banks and have been shortlisted. So, please, can anybody tell me what happens now? When will they take the interviews, and how long before that will we get informed about it. I have heard they take group interviews. How does that work? Do they point at each candidate and ask questions, or the one who speaks first gets to answer. Do they ask HR type questions about one's experience and resume etc or is all just facts and GK. What kind of questions do they ask, and how do we prepare for it? thanks!
