One of my friends said that this time ibps would be selecting lesser candidates, just like sbi did this yr in its po recruitment, as compared to the no. of candidates expected to be. It is bcz many of them couldnt make it to the finals as they had qualified with a very low margin and landed nowhere.....so as to avoid this dilemma they will call fewer.....and higher will be the chances for the shortlisted candidates to get the posts. IS THAT TRUE??Â
