A humble request for future bankers... we are in a race... a healthy competition... moreover for those who are trying for years its like do or die situation...i hope vl end up becomina a banker....more of being a banker first v all r human beings ... v should not forget the moral values which v learnt in school... today in indian bank near tanjore..an old man died inside bank premises...he fainted first later he collapsed...I saw that cctv recording on youtube..really shocked how ppl responded to this.. all were busy..ppl dint even get up from their seat thinking that theyl loose their seats.....even bank officials were busy with their work.... v all r running behind our goals without caring about others...just take a minute to decide whatbto do first by giving priority atleast to save a human life...

Demonetisation is taking a toll on all of us . clerks and Pos .Especially if you are posted in a rural area where there are no other bank in 5 Km Radius . Bank mei change itna kam aata hai and i have seen poor ppl literally Beg for change .Now its Almost 1 month . nothing has changed . In the last 25 days i have seen 10 customers Literally crying in our branch . Kya shootiyapa hai and now Arun Kaitley says aur ek do quarter aisa rahega . raat hojata hai day end karte karte and we dont even satisfy 10% of our customers . After working whole day like a dog you also get to hear that Bank wale saara change kha gaye .. we have been told by our branch manager to first disperse change ( 100,20,10 RS notes to important customers and current account holders . sabko dene ka baad kuch nahi bachta .. sabko 2000 ka note milta hai .. Moreover ab sarkar ne pension ka paisa bhi bank mei dalna shuru kardia usse pehle gas ka paisa bhi dalna shuru kia tha .. Banking pehle jaisa nahi hai . if youre posted in a branch jahan hamesha rush hota hai tab prob bahut hoti hai . Best way is to have no heart and ignore people which isnt a good way Tbh
