if po baana hai n job karna h govt ke under toh y idbi work culture pura private jaisa hai CASA n insurance policy ke target har months n SIP gen insurance becho........n after tht sadu promotion policy 5 saal lagege manager banney mai iske baad Jaiib n caiib se salary increment nai hota idbi mai bus one time 10000 de dege n aisa karna hota toh icici hdfc join kar letey work karke promotion toh mil jayega... growth ke chances nil hai even the HR not consider the transfer requests n news all around, that govt planning to implement the UTI --Axis model in idbi by reducing stake n further idbi is not the member of IBA so no benefit of 10th and 11th wage revision or settlement ..... still u want to go in idbi thn my best wishes with u ....plz dont abuse .if aacha nai laga toh u can report as a spam ........ 🙏
Something seems onerous b'cause we don't know the unerring way of doing it... and you will never find it facile during your journey unless you get the way of going suitable to your brain. But i would like to quote anecdote of one of my friend who is SBI PO now ..!!
Out of Exasperation he joined BOB manipal after qualifying and his SBI result was pending !! But those guys suck the marrow out of him he was doing the training which is i remember of 9 months ..they charge u like 4.5 lakhs and if u cant pay now they make u saying you can take loan and u will be po we will deduct from your salary .!!!
and regarding that institution in Banglore they wake u up around ^am in morning whole day study i dnt know what they try to each with all big lectures and assignment till 5 PM .Plus no holidays ..This schedule doesnt sounds good if u r thinking of getting job and chilling out .
