Guys!! I just cross-checked IBPS RRB 2017 official and unofficial notifications. Vacancies on both the lists are almost identical. This means hackers did extract it from IBPS server and it's definitely not a hoax. This also means that IBPS PO 2017 unofficial notification which states 3247 vacancies holds true.
