#Copied from Quora  India has a very big pool of Job searching Young aspirants .

1st Layer: All the people who are very good at their studies and they Join IITs/NITs/DU/JNU or   Civil Services.

2nd Layer: All the people who were very sincere in there studies in HS level, but due to some reasons they are left behind, and they join some other Engineering Institutions and get placed in reputed MNCs or magnificent Start-Ups.

3rd Layer: People who accept their fate and leave the Engineering/Medical (It's better to not join this blind race anyway) listless dream, and join some very good Govt/Pvt Institutions for some other Professional courses for else Career Options (IHM/BHU/and many more). and they get lots of things to do in their life.

4th Layer: People who neither go to Engg. nor do they get admission to some 3rd Layer Institution. Rather they study in some low end colleges and prepare for Clerical Govt Exams.

5th Layer: People who somehow manage to pass their HS and have money so get admission to some Engineering Institutions expecting Job Opportunities after the studies without any hard Work.

Now here is the pickle:  People who are in 5th Layer they are lost. They have no skills and they have not worked hard enough. They start to get pressurized by the society, Parents, Friends etc.

Answer for you: You have worked hard enough for 18(12+4+2) years to come and keep yourself up in the ladder.  Now you are planning to compete with people from 3rd+4th+5th layer for what ?

Can you imagine how big that crowd will be, and that too for Non-AC Offices, 6/7 days work, No Transparent Promotion Policy, No choice of leaving the Job if you feel that your pay is not suitable.
Believe me, I  have talked to a manager- and it is a luck in billion years if they find opportunity to go abroad on Office expenses( leave the Onsite earning part)

You have a royal job that is giving you opportunity to enjoy your work. You work and have fun for 8 hours. Imagine yourself at work in a village where you have to deal with crook Leader and deny his loan request at gun Point.
and dealing with stupid stubborn people for 8 hours a day. 
Even if you get the job then what ? You will be surrounded by the people who not like minded. They will have nothing matching with you. You will miss your friends, your life style. and yes- You will never get paid for extra hours :)

If you want to be with your family then try to go-up on the ladder, acquire skills that match with Layer 1, earn more money so that you can fly back & forth every month and enjoy your life.

It's easy to let yourself fall down but it takes lots of effort to get up.

Jin logo ka clerk and po dono hogaya hai and jinki po ki date late aati hai unke liye acha hai ki voh clerk join karle for 5-6 months and know how things work. Join PO when you get your dates. You will at least get work and eventually paid for it instead of sitting at home idle and posting shit here.

Me and my frnds here on PG are secretly working on a time machine and we are also conducting experiments on whether there is life on mars or not. You were not that brilliant so we kept you out of the developments and research. Though it was a top secret but now u know that....so listen...PO is just something we will be doing to show to the world...else WE ARE SECRET SCIENTISTS....!!! so STOP with your drama and WAIT for the next year waiting list result......and if by mistake you are selected then DON'T JOIN....simple...! do whatever but shut this nonsense !
