To all those asking sbi ja or ibps p.o..... I'm currently working as sbi ja... ppl are dreaming that after 3 years they can become officers easily.... but the actual scenario is wrong... you are eligible to become office after 3 years... after this you need to qualify in a written test and then an interview whi ch is based on complete merit and then you will be posted as a TO for 2 years... then you will be confirmed as AM... and also there is heavy competition internally....this year around 15k we're recruited... after 3 years all these 15k plus the ppl already working as clerk ( sbi has 2.5 lakh employees and 80 percent of them are in clerical cadre ) so the total competition will be min 50k...plus there is internal politics... for an average performer it will take 5 to 6 years to become officer... just because an sbi officer earns 8k more than other banks, Don try to stick with sbi ja and reject ibps p.o.... and there is huge job pressure for officers in sbi... an officer is an officer inspire of the brand... are you ready to work as a attender in Microsoft head office for 50k pay and brand value... I will not.... life is not all about money... it is about prestige and values...

A clerk can never be equal to an officer... those who say clerk is better than po are the people who are lazy and afraid of responsibility... rbi assistant is equal to ibps p.o..... I mean are you serious... Mark my words... life will be monotonous and boring and you will regret this decision... an officer has more responsibility and varied roles to perform and it will be interesting on daily basis.... Clerk job is sitting in cash counter and giving cash.... how long do you think you can perform this boring routine....

Ye farji afwah Jo faila rahe ki SBI clerk ja RBI assistant etc are better than PO .... Unka lagta hai kahin nahi hua aur ab yahan farji dealing de rhe hain
Itna struggle padhai k lia, tb v nhi kia jb berojgaar the.Jitna aaj sbi Po k lia kr rhe. Bilkul v man nhi kr rha kuch padhne ka.

Last 3 years se PO ban ne ke liye itni mehnat ki hai aur ab jake PO bna hu.back to back 3rd interview diya tha PO ka aur bhi na Jane kitne interview diye.ab jake success mili hai aur kuchh log suddenly bill mai se aake humko gyan de rhe hain.Bhai bank hum bhi jate hain,hamare bhi friends bank mai job karte hain.hame pata hai ki kitna pressure hota hai.ab ek kaam karo apna gyan apne pichhwade mai dalo aur dafa ho jao yha se
