Is it true that generally OBC Caste Certificate is valid from 1april to 31march? If yes we have to renew it to provide at the time of joining (or) the one submitted at the time of doc verification is enough?

CTC, CTC, CTC, ....anyone and everyone talks crap about CTC... as per HUL's CTC structure, bank po's CTC anyday will be more than 12 LPA....rmbr one thing every organisation has different CTC structure......u should always compare take home salary, though even that is not a comparable benchmark (like IT companies)..... usually Indian company's CTC structure accounts for 70% take home amount ( PF- 24%, Gratuity, saving, tax - 6%)...though again it is not benchmark....so relax u r better paid than corporate world at entry level but the gap starts widening as ur experience/ yrs increases.... Aditya Puri of HDFC has around 10 crs and Arundhati Bhattacharya has around 30 laks.......so take a deep breath and join first before jumping guns....

So frnds kabil bano..kam sikho...AUR enjoy karo work ko.... Dar AUR insecurity ka koi ant nhi.... Agar koi better choice(not clerk) hai to thik hai...nhi to idbi po is the best choice for you to work...
