Hi guys... I selected as po in Andhra Bank. In the application i mentioned my previous employer details. I have releiving letter and every document from my previous employer But i switched to new company rcently i.e on jan 23rd but i didn't mentioned about my new company anywhere. Can i abscond from company with out any intimation because here i have to serve 3 months notice period. Will it create any problem. Please suggest guys
