An NGO revealed- INDIA stands 1st among 16 Asia Pacific countries in terms of bribery and still we are so concerned about cutoff. Instead of cutoff we should contact that NGO and ask for the person whom to contact for getting the job as they must have collected such datas before bestowing on us the honour.
