Last years selection procedure says that if u r atleast 5 to 6 marks above the overallcutoff(out of 100),u may get good banks like PNB,Union bank,Canara...Just cleared cutoff(overall) ll get vijaya bank...What are your first 3 preferences ????????
The D-Day gets closer and we are all hanging on to our cutoff figure. The figure are largely based on our assumption of last 3 years. Some people have gone to the extreme to put 41 as cutoff simply adding 20 to the mains cut. But there are reason why we are heading to wards a surprise and may be hanging on to the last year trends to assume this year figures may not be a smart and intellectual option. We all saw what @Apni_Baat predicted. A cutoff of 35-36 ur. But why it could be the right prediction this year.here are the reasons. FIXED TIME FOR EVERY SECTION- 1. We saw in SBI the trend changed and the spread of qualified candidate s was more near cut off and the first reason for that is fix time for every section.when you have fixed time alloted for every section than planning goes out of the window, so you can not focus on a particular section more to get good marks. 2.Drasticallyββ reduction in ENGLISH section average score- A drastically reduction has been seen in English marks which was the main reason of above 100 score of last year batch .So that piece is also out.which has pulled mains score to 52.5 and should reduce final cut. 3. Tough reasoning SECTION - Reasoning was hardest this year. Even pro in reasoning have scored 11-12 so even people good with puzzle have not made a contribution to their score. No Normalisation 4. No normalisation specially computer- There has been no normalisation unlike last year which certainly contributed to high final cutoff Very few awesome scorers (above 80) 5.this year we also had very few awesome scorers unlike last year when ,120-125 was very much visible on PG.We have good scorers in 70+ and average scorers in 65-70...No one getting out of the crowd. No 2nd shift- The exam did not had 2nd shift so no one knew or got idea about exam which put everyone in same plate.again a factor in reducing cutoff. As like 2013 was a trend setter for 3 years to come.. 2016 is the trend setter for next 3. We are wasting our time in comparing ourself to them,when we gave a exam in completely different set of difficulty with time set for each section. If some can be compared its SBI 16.. And if we compare .. 35-36 seems much more real than ever before. ππππ

There are 2000+-1000 in 80+ range including both OBC and General.. till now i checked many banking institutions in South and North... Also Interview they give 8-15 marks on an avg 12 to most as written was tough... This what I figured out...
