Mera interview 6 mins chala and it was smooth and they were looking happy.said good and very good.I was expecting 10 mins interview but it was cut short.i have not asked my chances even once here.but I would like to ask u ppl how much I can get in interview? Answered all questions

Do first timer in interview get less marks?
IBPS should learn to declare its results much before April 1 so that we can plan our futures accordingly without waiting anxiously for the results.Time to be practical and step away from tradition
i have been appointed as new mod here.... from the morning till now... i have been continously banning fake ids and people who post same spam cutoff again and again..... to my surprise ... i faced opposition for deleting those ids... some people said.. bro we have only 5 days..dont block ... let me tell u ... my one day experience as a mod...
1. i tried to take transparent decisions... shared reasons for blocking and banning every spammers... and what i got in return was.... abuses from people saying u blocked DON for just typing 41.8....
2. some people didnot like me as a mod... i joined PG on 2nd feb 2017... donno how things work here... i am just blocking people who abuse or spam... and these people ..keep on posting on every post that new mod will block u..new mod will block u.... and i m just trying to ignore all of them....
3. i have been accused that i m favouring my own friends... the truth is that... my frnd yamraaj is sleeping from 11 am... he wake up in night... my other frnds are with me on watsapp...n we r talking nothing about PG... it really doesnot concerns any of us... they are happy that i will clean this thread... and they believe in me... i have not blocked sardar khan .. despite giving him warning for three times.. so that he cant accuse of being baised... i mean,,,, this is extreme dude !!! i am sharing every reason for banining anyone... and i m trying to bring transaparency here... and people are comparing me to dictator....
4. Addi made new group for cricket lovers.. and i have been promoting it... and so that cricket posts will not be on thread... still someone posted one post of cricket and at that time i was sleeping... and i was accused of being baised by sardar khan...
5. some people are spreading rumours that i will block for any off topic discussion... bt the reality is.. i will block for spams, abuses, personal attacks or any kind of misbehaviour with any boy or girl....there no restriction as such.. just ur liberty must not invade other's rights..so we all have to avoid state of liberty drunk...

Why this 60 % Untouchability or Aparthied Policy is followed? 60 % Criteria ke kaaran RBI,BOB,NIACL,SYNDICATE BANK,GIC,IDBI Mai inme Apply nhi kar payaa ur naa hi IIMs/IITs me apply kar sakta hun... I secured 79 Marks in IBPS PO in Gen cat. Usme bhi 50 % seats reserved hai. Mere School ke marks ache hai, Govt. college ka exam crack kiya ,College me Faculty se ache terms nhi the to acha perform nhi kar paya..... Aisa Rule kyu banaya gya ?
