Backlog Vaccancy Tracking:


Why other banks joining date is just 2-3 days before IBPS PO Result date. Since the Exam is conducted by IBPS & TCS..They can maintain a common database for all student. If a student has qualified in 4 exams , but he can join only one... Just ask his preference whether he would join rbi,sbi,ibps,bob,rrb etc and make seat available for the next candidate instead of asking a hefty bond amount of Rs 1 lakh(Though it might not be his 1st preference , not hisfault) . And later Ā this unfilled vaccancies goes in Backlog at the end of declaration of result and thousands of candidates who are waitlisted have to wait for an year to know their status. Meanwhile they again fill the forms for next season and this SAGA continues on....

Which would be the best reason for quitting bank jobs

  • Doctors,software engineers are also applying ,advantage is for them ,banks need the best ,they donā€™t bother about jobless
  • I get a score with which I canā€™t get selected,becoz as if somebody intentionally stopped ,every time just above my score ends selection and reserve list,who knows,may be it is true ,omg
  • Obc is for name sake,becoz some candidates scores are better that gen,they donā€™t give up reservation, or there is no such initiative
  • Cat,mat,xat,IAS,etc aspirants also applying ,it is impossible to candidates like me
  • Bad luck is with me I canā€™t swim against it any more,like vacancies decrease d,invigilator disturbance,health problems at right time,no support ,etc

Hello everyone.Ā 


I have been waiting on this for so long. Its late but yes I have this news. One of my sources has confirmed that that there are around 4000 in bracket I(above 70 mark range) in mains. Another 4500 in bracket II( 65-70 range).No info about interviews though! I know Its harsh to digest but for general category candidates below 65, PO VI is Virtually Over.Ā 


Even bracket II candidates have to be depend heavily on interviews. I am in bracket II with 69.5 ! Had There been no reservation, Even 60+ scores would have a good chance.I am sorry to say but I am against this reservation system, its not good for our country's progress.


I know there is nothing good to share here, but i am posting this just because I dont want people below 70 to hope much from April 1. Start preparing accordingly.
