Amid various permutations and combinations of final selections in IBPS PO. Let me put it straight:-----

The level of the exam was unprecedented so don't compare it with previous ones. let us begin with 2013 when similar short of shock waves of low cut offs engulfed the entire students fraternity. cut off was 61 so 80/100*30.5=24.4+17.8=42.20 (Final cut off

2014, cut off 82 so 80/100*41=32.8+16.8=49.60 (Final cut off

2015. cut off 76 so 80/100*38=30.4+19.5=49.90(final cut off

2016, cut off 52.5 so 80/100*26.25=21+17-18.5= 38-39.5(final cut off)

Last year, there were a number of students who got even 100+ but this year there are hardly 500-700 who have got over 80. Even if you see 70+ scores then there are going to be hardly 3000 in this bracket.

1 mark interview is equal to 2.5 marks of written so it is going to be very critical

Take my word, this year minimum cut off of written + 18.5 is going to be maximum by considering the toughness of exam so anybody who has 65+ and gets around 62-65 in interview has a fair chance of selection.
