I have seen a lot of people say that they got less marks than they had expected (even after a great interview) and some also say that they got more than expected (even after a worst interview). So can anyone please tell what is the process of giving interview marks.and is there any possibility that they can manipulate our interview marks while adding them to our written marks.or the person who is adding them can add wrong interview marks while being careless!!!???
