Well, about staff benefit cuts, everyone is confused and stressed. But actually there is a long way to go. Unions of those 10 banks have already placed an official objection. But yes, GoI is desperate now after winning majority in both houses. Already a campaign is going on, where bankers are requesting the PMO to withdraw this decision through PMO grievance online. You can also participate in that drive!!!
But yes I am sceptic about a good bipartite agreement after this at the least

I get tensed because I had interview at the last on that day.the interviewer were tired so my interview lasted for only 5mints.they only asked about my educational life.and said good 3times to see my greetings during entry and exit. What is the marks do I expect?50 or 60?

I have seen many people around me who consider clearing bank exams a relatively easy task to get a govt job. They dont even seem excited!!! My friend is joining OTA Chennai this April. Yesterday while playing badminton his brother, a college student as well, comes to me and says bhaiya, ye ibps po to 20lakh k aas paas bharta hai stundents sab, and that was the moment i actually realised that clearing this exam is not an easy one... the competition we face, the amount of time we give on the sections to perfect them makes our feat an incredible one. I wont lie, but even buying groceries for home, when the shopkeeper takes out his calculator to do the total, i start doing speed math addition in my mind. That is what clearing this exam means to me... Always going to feel incredible on clearing it and the data is all out there that makes this a special one too!!!
