logic 1:- last year vacancies decrease hui. i.e 3:1 ka ratio maintain nhi hua final selction se so cutoff margin 19 k paar gya. ab agar iss saal vacancies decreas nhi hui to margin to 17.5 se 18.5 he rhega. logic 2:-13500 candidates 4500 vacancy general; maxm scenario le k chlte h genral me 2000 se jda k to 70 above nhi honge. 1000 obc sc st genral ka seat lenge phir v bche 1500 seat means 65 tk (considering 300 candidates on an average between every 1 marks) wale ka avrg interview p chanc bn rha. 65* 40%=28 +11 = 39, to iss logic se v maximum to 39.50 k paas he aa rha.. ab vacancies ghat gyi tb to bhgwan he bchaaye...
