for telanagana rrb po min final cutoff is 54.52. But for mains cutoff is 78.19/200 (31.2/80) So those guys who just reached cutoff went for the interview for no reason..for these guys they should secure 23.2/20 in interview. what the hell the recruitment process is!!

Having said that, a decent score in mains but a poor interview does not guarrantee you a place in the final list. Candidates require at least 40% in interview (35% for reserved category). The chances are highly unlikely that one gets a score below 40. My dad has once been a part of Interview panel for State Bank of India, and he told me that they hardly fail any candidate in interview, unless he doesn’t know a single thing. Things interviewers usually consider (on a 100 mark scale) - How you walked in and whether you greet them or not. (5–10 marks) How you introduce yourself, your dressing (should be simple and formal) (10–20 marks) Can you answer some basic cross questions based on your intro? (10marks) You’ve already got enough to qualify the interview. Almost evryone gets this much. Now it’s upto you to maximize the score from here on - Your knowledge in gradudation subject (10th,12th level, they wont ask you deep graduation knowledge - you aren’t there for a PhD) (10marks) Are you honest or not - (if you get a job somewhere better, will you leave? - answer should be YES as it is obvious that a person will always opt for the better job) (10marks) Your knowledge in current affairs - (of the most recent phenomenons) (10marks) Basic banking terms and concept (they don’t expect technical answers from you if you haven’t worked in a bank before - you should just know the simple concept - even in a layman’s term will do) (10marks) Situation based questions (what wil you do if…?) (10marks) If you’re smart, honest and well-aware, you can easily manage to score 75–80 in interview. Also, don’t judge by the reaction of the panel that your interview was good or bad - a good interviewer doesn’t reveal that by his expressions.

A college student in a philosophy class was taking his first examination.

guys is there any chance the final cutoff of ibps po go more than 41....if no please explain the reason...i assumed the *4+20 formula for rrb but atlast disappointed...please explain this ....anyone??

to the PG admins : please donot count skip option clicks as response in the total number of answers in a poll..it distorts results...many times..only 15 people actually tick answers and nearly 40 skips to see result but u guys show it as an outcome of 55...make the voting more transparent 😄 👌
