Cut off can never go beyond 39. I hv calculated extensively after pulling out lots of data. I do not want to upload here though cuz then i will hv to explain a lot. But rest assured, it is going to be below 39 for sure. Only one surprise will be there and that would be for OBC folks. Difference between obc and gen can be less this time.

For all PO aspirants.. Cut off eaisehi kuch number set nahi kartehai ibps ke log.... It is calculated based on normalization curves.... Which is based on the % rage of difference calculated category wise (and vacancies) .... For OC max cut off is 41 this year then Given 1% range it should be 40.59.... Given 2% range it should be 40.18.... If 3% then 39.77.... If 4% then 39.36.... If 7% then 38.13.... and 7% is the max range given in last 4yrs (2013-14).... You can cross check the data in any database... Thank you...
News about change in vacancies might be true. For some banks it might increase and for others it might decrease. Last year me and my friend both were allotted idbi. I joined but my friend did not because of privatization issues as he had also got selected in UCO Bank as clerk. He preferred to be clerk in UCO. Six months passed. To his surprise he was given another opportunity to rethink his decision and join idbi recently. Some banks like idbi are in dire need of officers to accommodate their expanding business. It will not be surprise if banks like idbi increase their vacancies. Though me too not working in idbi any more .
