Guys, one doubt....So if we get selected in IBPS, it does not mean we are guaranteed a job? I have many friends who are still waiting for the call from respective banks ....why this delay? & what is reserve list....why are they preparing a reserve list when the banks are not interested in recruiting the people in reserve list?
