All tthree can act as collateral securities against loan...all are type of charge.. pledge .hypothecation and mortages.

Pledge : is also a type of charge on movable property...  E.g.. again suppose you took loan from bank and keep gold as a security with bank...  (notice here possesion is with bank I.e gold is with bank.

Hyphothecation : it is also a type of charge on movable property...but here possesion is not with bank.. E.g. again let you take loan to buy a car..you pay 10k and rest 90k on emi. (You take loan of 90k  , if total price is 1lakh) ...notice here that car is with you only not with bank..and car is also as a security for bank..it called hypothecation.......next will explain reverse mortages.....

A contractor has two parallel contracts, contract 1 and contract 2, on which work needs to be finished in a specified number of days. He puts all his group of workers on contract 1. To be able to finish contract2 also on time he withdraws one worker each day, from second day onwards, from work on contract 1.

Work on contract 1 finishes when the last worker is withdrawn. Had no worker been withdrawn at any stage, work on contract 1 would have finished in   of the time it actually took to finish the work. What is the total number of workers in the contractors group?the work would have finished in 55% of the time it actually took to finish...

options- 5, 10, 15, 20

If A, B and C can do a job in 20, 30 and 60 days respectively. In how many days A can do the work if B and C help him on every third day ?

options- 12, 15, 16, 18

A,B,C,D,E,F,G,H are sitting around  a circular table . Some are facing centre and rest are facing away from the centre. B sits second to the left of G. F is an immediate neighbor of G and C.A sits adjacent to C and is facing D. D sits third to the right of C and second to the left of E , who is facing the centre. No 3 persons seated adjacent are facing the centre.

I am not able to ascertain how many  are facing away from the centre and how many are facing towards the centre.

I can only make out that C,E are facing towards the centre and G is facing outside.
