1. Jobless
2. having job but underpaid
3.want a job where there is literally no work.
4.require such lite job so to get time for SSC,UPSC study,which is impossible if you are in private job
5.Engineers are opting for bank jobs just because there is no new core engineering jobs generated in last 10 years.India's manufacturing sector have negative growth.
6.People think that when they will get bank job,they will get lots of free time,so they can start buisness
