Some People are saying dnt Blame IBPS n PSB Banks ..According 2 dem main culprit is GOI blame them...but what I see is
GOI firmed on their stance abt no interview. The problem is within PSB public sector banks and IBA..About IBPs PO and RRB they were firmed about taking interview so there no problem raised as they announced result b4 jan 2016 and shortlisted the candidates for that so in that matter government couldn't do anything and it went smooth...but now PSB taking long wht 2 do without interview boz 1st dey wer against government decision but at the end PSB realised we have 2 think abt alternative..if they cant provide suitable n feasible alternative what government can do about this..Government will always happy if dey r not going 2 conduct the interview why dey vl take time on dat 2 clear the things...
i think ibps not going to conduct any alternative test because removal of interview from selection process introduced where it is not mention or compulsory to add other test.

I Dnt understand why people blaming GOI instead of PSB banks and IBA.. Latest eg of public sector banks decision making ability is Pay scale Revision 2012...If dey dnt care about there current employees what we can expect 4m dem 4 future employees is the big question itself...
Pay scale revision was due for 2012 but dey didn't able to take any decision for more than 3 years n finally introduced that in mid 2015.. But by noticing this kind of process GOI finance ministry already send them notice regarding recommendations and forming committee 2 implement Pay scale revision for 2017 on right time.. As after every 5 yrs its revised.
High authorities simply mean PSB banks and IBA boz IBPS works for them not for GOI...
when can we expect result of ibps clerk mains result ??? There is too much delay already ..
