I filled up the form and made the payment. The page said that my application is submitted but I did not get any mail nor any sms. Thus, I do not have a application ID so i can't get the acknowledgement form. I am very confused as today is the last day. So, should I fill up the form and submit it once again?
Hi...I am facing the same issue. I tried sumitting the from again, but once again, money was deducted from my bank and I did not receive the ID. Have no idea what to do. Did u try to call the helpline?

same situation. I called them and checked whether my application is submitted. they said no and redo the application. Now i did and got the confirmation mail as well as msg and application ID. issue resolved. please try calling them and confirm your submission. use the number below. hold the line even if it says your call is on waiting. then it will ring for some time and then they will pick up.

Called on the helpline, the person said ,register again, extra money will be refunded, more than 24 hours - no progress as of now 😞
