Let us look at some facts:
BOB 2015 notification::
Reg date:: 3/3/15-17/3/15(15 days)
Exam date:18-4-15(Saturday)
Gap b/w date of beginning of online reg and exam date:46 days
BOB 2016 notification::
Reg date:: 2/8/16-21/8/16(20 days)
Exam date:25/9/16(Sunday)
Gap b/w date of beginning of online reg and exam date:54 days
BOB 2017notification::
Reg date:: 1/4/17-1/5/17(30 days)
Exam date:27/5/17(Saturday)
Gap b/w date of beginning of online reg and exam date:57 days
Before moving further a major qs that arises is that:
Will BOB PGDBF notification come this yr?
Accd to previous yr trends it should come this yr as well. The news of Merger of 4 Psbs may be responsible behind the delay since we all know merger will lead to excess staff and closing of some branches.
Now what can be the possible dates of this yrs notification??
Now whatever I will say from here is purely based on my observations. Yeh jaankari Kisi bhi gupt sutron dwara prapt nhi ki gyi hai.
Possible date of beginning of registration:
2015:3/3
2016:2/8
2017:1/4
Just see the pattern: 3,2,1……..
This yr it can be 31 or 30 or 4.
Collectively b/w 30 and 4
Possible month of exam:
2015: 18-4-15
2016: 25/9/16
2017: 27/5/17
Just observe the month of 2016 exam. It is derived from date of 2015 exam.
2015----18(1,8,(1+8))---(1,8,9)--- This means exam next yr(in 2016) would happen in 1,8 or 9th month of 2016.And it happened in 9th month of 2016.
Similarly just observe the month of 2017 exam. It is derived from date of 2016 exam.
2016----25(2,5,(2+5))-----(2,5,7)---- This means exam next yr(in 2017) would happen in 2,5th or 7th month of 2016. And it happened in 5th month of 2017
Now talking of 2018:
2017-----27----(2,7,(2+7))-----(2,7,9)-----. This means exam next yr(in 2018) will happen in 2,7th or 9th month of 2016. And we know in july(7th month)-2nd,3rd and 4th week are free. Similarly all weekends are free in September(9th month).
Possible week of exam:
2015:3rd week(15-21) of month(Sat)
2016: 4th week(22-31) of month(Sun)
2017: 4th week(22-31) of month(Sat)
2018:3rd or 4th week(15-31) (Saturday or Sunday)
Now Compiling above data:
Possible date of beginning of online registration:30,31,1,2,3,4
Possible month of exam: July(7th ) or Sept(9th )
Gap b/w date of beginning of online reg and exam date:45-60 days
Possible week: 3rd or 4th week(15-31) (Saturday or Sunday)
Now if exam is to happen in july then notification must come late to late by 14 june(considering min 45 day gap). But since I already said that date of beginnining of online reg:30,31,1,2,3,4, I believe exam will happen in September.
Final verdict:
Day of beginnining of online registration: B/w 30 July and 4 August.
Exam date: Any one out of 15/16/22/23/29September
