If I wish to apply for admission only in MIB and not MHROD, then what will be my application fee? Will it still be INR 2000 or less??

I also wish to download the prospectus and admission form, so that I can fill it up and send it to the admission office, along with the draft but I cannot find the online link from where I can download the form and prospectus. Please help me with regard to it.
