@mahendra289 as per syllogism rules the middle term is eliminated in d the conclusion,because in a premise there can be only two terms "subject" and "predicate".. so if i am right the answer should be option d)...bt stil if v consider the middle term rule inapplicable then the answer could be option a)... though my gut inclines more to option d).
i am not accustomed to using the venn diagram method so cannot comment on that !
