I have an industry experience of exact two years, and now I have these two job offers at hand:
DE Shaw: Member Technical Staff, 14.5 Lpa fixed + 3 lakhs fixed bonus + 0-1 lakh variable bonus (depending on performance)
Ibibo: SDE, 13.5 Lpa fixed + annual bonus + HR is saying they will give stocks, but currently they are not a listed company
I'm from Delhi, but again I can't stay at home cuz gurgaon ibibo office will be too far, and again I might have to find accommodation in gurgaon. So I'm in a big confusion regarding which of these offers to accept.
Anyone aware of appraisals and work culture in these two companies, please reply...
