 I wrote this in  pg portal  greivance and request each member of this group to do so:"  DDA had issued advertisement for permanent post of “Assistant Section Officer(ASO)” via Advertisement No. 3/2016 with a vacancy of 80 for above said post.   

After more than six months on 4th January,2017,it has issued new advertisement for contractual 28 post of “Assistant” from retired staff.   My queries:    


1. Why DDA is not interested to complete its six month old recruitment process despite when an order issued by Department of Personnel and Training (DoPT) stated that all recruitment process must be completed within 6 months within date of publishing the advertisement ?  

 Ref:DoPT office memorandum date-11.1.2016,F.No.Misc-14017/15/2015-Estt(RR)   

 2. DDA’s financial position is stable as depicted from annual report 2015-2016 (page no.43-47) present on its website .Then why DDA is regularly advertising for contractual post which were earlier advertised as permanent posts in Advertisement No. 3/2016 from past few months?  

 3. Why DDA is so keen to hire retired employees for post fo assistant and other’s when there is fresh manpower available?   

4. Does DDA differ from the idea of our Honorable Prime Minister of giving job opportunities to young generation?   

  5.Has the vacancy of 80 ASO in Advertisement No. 3/2016 decreased/increased/remains same after publication of these contractual advertisements?

Hi Puys , Sorry , I am not aware about the syllabus of mains paper for DDA ASO (14th March).

Will there be Engineering based questions , or aptitude based like SSC cgl(mains) ? Please comment, !! Thanks in advance :)
